There is street parking on Main Street and a public lot behind the building. The elevator is inside the front entrance, and Suite 210 is at the top.
The waiting room is small and quiet. If you would rather not wait there, tell the front desk and we will come get you.

By video we see established patients who are in Colorado during the visit. We are licensed in Colorado only.
If you are outside Colorado during a visit, we cannot see you. We will help you find someone licensed where you are.
